Scope of Work & Deliverables:

• 5 Hours Monthly Allocation: Structured as 4 hours of direct 1-on-1 athlete coaching and 1 hour of dedicated parent consultation per month.
• The Parent-Champion Framework: The dedicated monthly parent hour focuses on navigating the specific pressures of the current sports season, managing expectations, and improving post-game communication at home.
• Priority Booking: Guaranteed weekly schedule blocks; immune to seasonal waitlists.
• Coach Alignment Calls: Two (2) 15-minute alignment calls per season with the athlete's primary club or school coach to ensure the mental skills practiced with Sophia are successfully translating to the field.
